Token Sale
The Token Sale distribution includes all tokens allocated for seed, private and public sales. Tokens reserved for our initial offering will be released on a linear schedule for all sale users.
Ecosystem & Liquidity
The Ecosystem and liquidity allocation is specifically reserved for fulfilling the needs of future platform integrations including providing liquidity and other bounties.
Advisor
Advisory tokens are allotted for strategic work done in legal, technical, and business efforts to advance the adoption of the protocol. All tokens are subject to lockups and vesting periods starting 6 months after TGE.
Team
The Team allocation is reserved as compensation for current and future UPFI team including team members and founders. All Team tokens are subject to lockups and vesting periods starting 6 months after TGE.
Treasury Fund
The treasury bootstrap will be used for future protocol upkeep and possible protocol incentives, ie. buy back and burn with future revenue, future audits of smart contracts, bug bounties through responsible disclosure, possible cross-chain implementations, creation of new protocol level features and updates
Marketing and partnership reserve
The reserve will be allocated to fund all Marketing and partnership development activities, such as, marketing bounties, cross-application integrations, affiliate incentives, crown funding, airdrop and much more
